PCB Design
Schematic capture, component selection, and board layout, from early prototypes to fabrication- and assembly-ready design packages.
Electrical & Software Engineering · Serving all of Oklahoma
We design the circuit boards, write the firmware, wire the harnesses, and build the software and test equipment that tie it all together, from a one-off fixture to a production-ready product.
Red Dirt Embedded Solutions LLC is a four-person electrical and software consulting firm based in Stillwater, Oklahoma, working with businesses across the state. We build custom solutions for businesses that need something that doesn't come off the shelf.
Hardware and software problems rarely stay in their own lanes. A sensor needs a board, the board needs firmware, the firmware needs an application, and all of it needs to be tested. We handle the whole stack in-house, so you work with one team instead of coordinating several vendors.
Two of our engineers are licensed Professional Engineers, and the firm holds a Certificate of Authorization from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (CA No. 9574). We're small on purpose: you talk directly with the engineers doing the work.
Take on one piece, or bring us the whole project.
Schematic capture, component selection, and board layout, from early prototypes to fabrication- and assembly-ready design packages.
Harness design, connector and wire selection, and build drawings for prototypes, equipment, and vehicles.
Firmware for microcontroller-based devices: drivers, control logic, and communication with the rest of your system.
Desktop and web software to configure, monitor, and report on your hardware and processes.
Sensor selection, signal conditioning, and data acquisition, so you can measure what matters and trust the numbers.
Test fixtures, validation rigs, and automated end-of-line testers, with the hardware and software built together.
These are what we use most. If your project runs on something else, ask us.
Tell us what you're trying to solve. We'll ask questions until we understand the real requirements.
We propose a clear scope, schedule, and estimate before any work begins.
Design, prototype, test, and iterate, with regular updates along the way.
Working hardware and software, plus the documentation your team needs to support it.
Send a short description of what you need. We'll get back to you to set up a call.
